My research focuses on Human-Computer Interaction and Computer Supported Cooperative Work. My work includes investigating the difficulties of collaboration over video, designing a web-based visualization for distributed task management, and evaluating collaboration technologies by tracking users' actions automatically. His research interest also includes user research, user interface design and usability evaluation. |
